		<description>Yes, you must buy from the manufacturer&#039;s book store unless the reader you buy supports your file type.  Most companies use their own file type to PREVENT you from using books from other sources.

Make sure you get a reader which has access to a big library.  For instance, Sony only carries 100,000 books.  Amazon&#039;s Kindle gives you access to over 250,000.
